We engaged APS Industries to develop a solution to supply and install workshop fluids, including Oil, Coolant and Diesel, from our Oil store to multiple outlets throughout our new workshop. APS met our requirements of a tight lead-time and delivered a high quality solution. Implementation of the Fluid Monitoring System (FMS) has enabled our technicians to book fluids to the work order from their work bay, resulting in improved technician productivity and faster service for our customers. The FMS has enabled us to improve our fluid cost recovery by 10%, giving us greater transparency on fluid usage and improved fluid inventory management.
